ChangChun Hi-Tech Innovation Service Center

Changchun Hi-tech Innovation Service Center was founded in 1991. Its a non-profit division of Changchun Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone administration Committee.

The goal of the Innovation Center：create the best innovation environment, provide preferential policies, speeding up the commercialization of research findings, offer the most efficient way to foster SME (small and medium size enterprises) entrepreneurs.

The center was approved by the science and technology ministry to be the national innovation center in 1997 and the Advanced National Hi-Tech Innovation Center of Torch Program 15 anniversary in 2003, Also it has been authorized supporting institution of technology based SME innovation fund of science and technology ministry.

Now the innovation center has owned 3 incubator bases. and there are 215,000 Square meters incubator base has been constructed, it can provides completed room for office work and production. it also have and general service facilities, as well as the meeting affairs, business affairs, network information, food and beverage and entertainment etc.

There are 30 administrators who have plenty of experience on science and technology project management and 320 enterprises incubated Inside the center.

Through integrating social resources, the center strengthen the self-services capabilities continually depending on requirements of start-ups, and provide effective policy services, consultation and training et..

In order to provide the professional technical service. the center established 6 public technology platform ,One of them is Changchun modern Traditional Chinese-Medicine development platform of technical service setup in 2004 .

And over 30 social media-work institutions has jointed the incubator team, such as CPA firm, law firm, venture capital firm , consultant company etc. provide more convenience for the start-ups.

The Innovation Center warmly welcome pioneers to come and seek development, welcomes entrepreneurs to make communication and cooperation.
